About the Role:

As a picker in the Logistics department, you are responsible for quickly and accurately picking orders according to set quality and safety standards. Working under the Team Leader FLEX, you will focus on achieving team goals and keeping productivity and engagement high through smooth cooperation with Flex Buddies, planners, and coordinators.

Main Tasks:

• Use a scanner to accurately pick the products.

• Collect orders and ensure the quality of the delivered products.

• Comply with the safety and quality rules of the warehouse.

• Able to work in both hot and cool environments.

Shifts:

• Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:45 (or 14:30 depending on daily planning).

• Afternoon Shift: 14:30 - 22:30.

• Night Shift: Can be scheduled in case of a high workload.

Allowances:

• Monday to Saturday (22:00 - 06:00): 150%

• Sundays: 150%

Requirements (Skills Needed):

• Good command of the English language.

• Valid driving license.

• Willingness to walk most of the working time.

• Positive and open attitude.

Accommodation & Costs (Weekly):

• Age 20+ : €159.81 / week

• Age 19 : €118.26 / week

• Age 18 : €107.07 / week

• Laundry service available at €3.50 per coin.
