Job Offer: Logistic Employee – GXO Primark Warehouse

📍 Location: Roosendaal / Oosterhout 💶 Gross Base Salary: €14.71 / hour ⏱️ Working Hours: Stable schedule, offering between 32 to 40 hours per week! 🚀 Benefits: Free Transport provided! (Drivers receive an extra €5 per day)

About the Role:

In the Primark distribution warehouse, we help optimize supply chains and improve goods flow. The operations cover everything from e-commerce fulfillment and flexible distribution to warehouse automation and return logistics. To ensure you are fully prepared and confident, you will receive regular on-the-job training in each department.

Main Departments & Tasks:

• Inbound: Unloading incoming shipments and organizing/packing them efficiently onto pallets.

• Outbound: Moving through the warehouse to collect specific goods for customer orders using a modern voice-pick system and equipment like a LLOP (Level 1) or MLOP (Level 2) – which is very similar to an EPT.

• Reach Truck: If you already hold a valid reach truck license, you may also be scheduled to work directly as a reach truck driver.

Shifts:

The warehouse operates on a standard two-shift system:

• Morning Shift: 06:00 - 15:00

• Afternoon Shift: 15:00 - 00:00

• Note: A night shift can be scheduled if operational needs arise.

Generous Shift Allowances & Overtime:

• Monday to Friday Hours:

  • 19:00 - 21:00 ➡️ 125%

  • 21:00 - 00:00 ➡️ 135%

  • 00:00 - 06:00 ➡️ 145%

• Weekends & Extra Time:

  • Saturdays: 150%

  • Sundays: 200%

  • Overtime (More than 40 hours per week): 130%

Requirements (Skills Needed):

• Language: English speaking skills – Level B2.

• Physical Fitness: For the Inbound department, you need to be physically fit as some packages can be quite heavy.

• Flexibility: Keep in mind that schedules can require working up to 6 days a week, including weekends.

• Multitasking: Being open and able to work across various departments.
