Job Offer: Logistic Employee – GXO H&M Clothing Warehouse

📍 Location: Tilburg 💶 Gross Base Salary: €14.71 / hour 🚀 Benefits: Free Transport provided! (Drivers receive an extra €5 per day)

About the Role:

Join the dynamic H&M Clothing Warehouse Team! We are looking for motivated new employees to work across various key departments. You will perform a range of logistical and physical tasks that support the efficient flow of goods through the distribution center. To make sure you succeed, you will receive regular on-the-job training in each department.

Main Departments & Tasks:

• Picking: Collecting items for customer orders. You will move through the warehouse with a scanner and trolley to gather the correct products.

• Packing: Safely packing orders for shipment.

• Returns: Registering returned items in the system and carefully inspecting returned goods.

• Inbound: Unloading the incoming orders and packing them neatly on pallets.

Shifts:

The warehouse operates on flexible morning and afternoon schedules:

• Morning Shifts: 06:00 - 14:45 / 06:15 - 15:00 / 06:30 - 15:15

• Afternoon Shifts: 14:45 - 23:30 / 15:00 - 23:45 / 15:15 - 00:00

• Note: Night shifts may apply during peak seasons.

Extra Allowances & Bonuses:

• Monday to Friday (19:00 - 21:00): 125%

• Saturdays: 150%

• Sundays: 200%

• Overtime (More than 40 hours a week): 130%

Requirements (Skills Needed):

• Language: Good command of English – Level B2 (Must have).

• Flexibility: Be prepared to work up to 6 days a week, including weekends.

• Multitasking: Ability to adapt and work in various departments as needed.

• Teamwork: A strong team player attitude!
