About the Role:

GXO Logistics is a global provider of transportation and logistics services, specializing in the distribution of various big brands. The Tilburg facility focuses specifically on frozen food logistics and operating freezing facilities.

Main Tasks:

• Order Picking: Collecting orders using a voice-pick system with a headset.

• Cold Environment: Working in a freezing environment with temperatures around -24°C.

• Safety & Hygiene Regulations: Due to strict safety standards, employees are not allowed to wear jewelry, false nails, piercings, or perfumes while on shift.

Shifts:

The facility operates on a 3-shift rotation schedule:

• Morning Shift: 07:00 - 15:00

• Evening Shift: 15:00 - 23:00

• Night Shift: 23:00 - 07:00

Allowances & Bonuses:

Employees will receive 5 different types of allowances depending on the schedule:

• 3-Shift Allowance: 113.75%

• Overtime: 130%

• Saturdays: 150%

• Sundays: 200%

Requirements (Skills Needed):

• Physical Fitness: Being physically fit, able to do the work in a standing position, and capable of carrying heavy items.

• Cold Resistance: Ability and willingness to work in a frozen area at -24°C.

• Language: Basic knowledge of the English language.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and during weekends when needed.
