About the Role:

CEVA Logistics is a leading logistical company that handles packaging and order picking for a diverse range of products ordered by large Dutch companies. They serve all kinds of top brands, with a major focus on the famous online retailer Bol.com.

Main Tasks:

• Picking: Pulling inventory from the warehouse to fulfill incoming orders.

• Packing: Safely placing products into boxes or crates for shipping.

• Labeling: Applying correct shipping labels or special texts onto packages.

Hourly Wage by Age (Gross):

• Ages 21+ : €14.71 / hour

• Age 20 : €11.77 / hour

• Age 19 : €10.38 / hour

• Age 18 : €9.48 / hour

Shifts:

• Morning Shift: starts between 07:00/09:30 and ends between 15:30/18:30.

• Late Shift: starts between 14:30/18:00 and ends between 00:00/02:30.

Generous Shift Allowances:

• Monday - Friday:

  • 07:00 - 19:00 ➡️ 100% (base rate)

  • 19:00 - 00:00 ➡️ 110%

  • 00:00 - 07:00 ➡️ 125%

• Saturdays & Sundays:

  • 07:00 - 19:00 ➡️ 150%

  • 19:00 - 00:00 ➡️ 160%

  • 00:00 - 07:00 ➡️ 175%

Requirements (Skills Needed):

• English speaking skills (Level A2 - B1).

• Flexibility (the schedule can change during the week depending on workload).

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Having a driving license is considered a major plus.

Accommodation & Housing Costs (Weekly):

• Ages 21+ : €159.81 / week

• Age 20 : €127.85 / week

• Age 19 : €118.26 / week

• Age 18 : €107.07 / week
